It has been 2 years in the making and we are as focused as ever to make office workers healthier! It is a sad and ridiculous fact that we spend 90% of our waking hours on our butts, when our bodies have evolved to spend most of our daylight hours on our feet.
Office workers are waking up to the fact that prolonged sitting is hurting our health and actually shortening our lives. Progressive companies like Google and Facebook have jumped on the wagon and have turned up to 20% of their sitting desks into standing desks. Countries like Denmark have also jumped on board making it a requirement for all companies to supply standing options for their workers. So what about everyone who doesn’t live in Denmark or work at Google? How can they get off their butts in the office?
For these people we are creating a beautifully simple solution which will sit on an existing desk and allow these workers to stand for part or the whole day. It is the ultimate accessory to turn any desk into a standing desk.
