All ZestDesk products will remain free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of the product, subject to any exclusions and limitations as set forth below. We also offer 30 day returns (see "returns" below)
FURTHER EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
These warranties do not cover product abuse, modification, and failure to adhere to product instructions, improper operations and/or misuse. ZestDesk is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s intended use. ZestDesk is not responsible for injury or loss caused by or associated with the use of equipment in any manner other than in strict conformance with the instructions on proper use. You will provide ZestDesk immediate written notice of any personal injury resulting from the use of ZestDesk products.
ZestDesk does not warrant damages or defects to the ZestDesk product under the following conditions: an Act of God, unauthorized service or repair of the ZestDesk products, usage of parts or components not supplied by ZestDesk, failure to follow product instructions and guidelines, unauthorized changes to the ZestDesk product, shipping damage (other than original shipment from ZestDesk), or damage caused by peripherals or from other external sources.
Warranty Repair: In the event that any ZestDesk equipment becomes defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, ZestDesk will determine with you if the product defect is covered under warranty. ZestDesk, at its sole discretion, may replace or repair the unit determined to be under warranty. Performance of any repair or replacement on product under warranty does not renew or extend the warranty period.
Non-Defective Products: You are notified if, after examining and testing a returned product, ZestDesk concludes that the product is not defective. The product is returned to you and you would be responsible for the freight charges associated with the return.
Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are limited in duration to the Limited Warranty period, to the greatest extent allowed by law. Some states or countries do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states or countries, some exclusions or limitations of this Limited Warranty may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty is subject to change without notification.
ZestDesk devices are not intended to cure, treat, mitigate or prevent any disease.
This Limited Warranty is available only to the original end consumer and is non-transferable. For this warranty to be valid, ZestDesk products must have been purchased directly from an authorised distributor, reseller and/or authorised representative of ZestDesk.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
